    Guidelines for chapter elections from Sigma

    Hello, 

    Thank you for those who joined our call today.  Per our discussion, I have attached the guidelines for chapter elections. 

    According to the bylaws, the quorum for any regular member meeting is three board members and seven regular members (ten total).  This is also the minimum amount of members who need to vote in the election.  This vote can be in-person or online.

    As a reminder, our next meeting is at the same time on 6 March.

    ▪️Missing monthly reports & minutes , and updates from officers

    ▪️Update on inductions ( a requirement)

    ▪️research conference ( March vs May & presenters)

    ▪️nurses week in May

    ▪️nominations of new officers from members ( Dr Michael Koroma)

    ▪️transfer of members to ABU, & dues payments

    ▪️ chapter events for March , April , and May ( a mandatory)

    ▪️chapter evaluation report submitted to HQ ( anniversary May 6 2024)
