    We are still awaiting all the documents ( Betty L) , minutes ( Josephine S) , Chapter calendar of activities for 2023-2024 ( Finda) membership roster and complete dues payments ( Frances) and financial activity reports ( Christiana) due to Sigma before Next week meeting:
    May 2023 - Minutes Due from Chartering Ceremony 
    June 2023 - Minutes Due
    July 2023 - Minutes Due 
    August 2023 - No Meeting Minutes
    September 2023- ( Zainabu has minutes)
    October 2023 - Minutes Due 
    We need the final count of all the members attending 47th conference in Texas
    Report on Delegates completed requirements before conference starting
    Calendar due by next meeting must state:
    o Activities since chartering (May)
    o Upcoming activities planned
    o Next inductions for the year
    o Communications with members ( monthly emails by President) 
    Amy will  :
    β€’ Review Chapter Management System 
    o Confirm chapter officers' names and term dates
    β€’ Discuss important Convention and House of Delegates information for in-person attendees (Betty & Finda)
